Returns

Punar products are tested for quality by accredited Quality Control Services. Our products are hand checked before they are packaged and sent, however in the unusual case of any incorrect product delivery, please email help@punar.com.au with your name, order number and small note on which incorrect product was delivered within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

We will send you the correct product free of charge, provided that:

  1. The initial product is returned in its original packaging.
  2. The product has not been used & is in new condition.

Please note, we do not offer refund or exchange if you change your mind.

What if my product has an issue?

We request you to follow the fabric care instructions to get the most use of our products. We greatly appreciate customer feedback and suggestions however Punar cannot be held liable if fabric care instructions are not followed.

All product issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In unlikely case if your item is found to be faulty, we offer store credit within 14 days of purchase.
