Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We are a start-up, we quality check and custom pack orders ourselves. We use a courier network that is carbon neutral, usually efficient and reliable. If you require faster shipping, please choose the Express Shipping option. Your parcel will then be shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that to reduce environmental impact and minimise waste, we create in small batches hence large orders require notice period.  All pre-orders for the festive season and peak periods will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order.

Please allow extra time for NT, WA, rural and remote parts of Australia.

PACKAGING

Our packing materials are either recyclable, biodegradable or home compostable. Our cards are made using recycled paper and use eco-friendly inks.
